• Depth knowledge of Knitting.

• Willingness to work under pressure & goal driven.

• Follow up day to day production of knitting Unit.

• Ensure the qualities of knitting fabrics.

• Ensure maximum utilization of resources for optimum production of knitting fabrics.

• Follow-up operators’ efficiency regularly and prepare appropriate action plan to enhance their efficiency level.

• Maintain production and quality parameters strictly as per Standard operating procedures (Standard RPM, Oil Flow, Air Flow, Spandex Feeding, Stitch Length etc.) of knitting fabrics.

• Follow-up Yarn performance and communicate the message to the yarn procurement team.

• Analyze machine down time and take necessary action by preparing action plan proactively for reducing down time.

• Analyze any sort of technical problem & solve it within shortest possible time.

• Timely raise spare parts purchase requisition for smooth operation and production.

• Enhance skill and efficiency of operators, QI, Fitters and supervisors through conducting technical training program and imparting knowledge.

• Generate new ides to achieve organizational goal in terms of production and quality.

• Leading project work focused on Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) to develop sustainably involving several key strategies.
