Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ PGDHRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create Training Culture within the organization through ensuring arrange and provide trainings for the employees of Crown Cement Group.
∎ Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities
∎ Identify training requirements and institutes plans for training new and existing Employees according to annual training budget.
∎ Assist in planning, creating and implementing each year's training calendar courses and materials for each department
∎ Identify the close gaps in existing staff members' skills through instruction.
∎ Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new employees
∎ Consult with supervisors to develop performance improvement measures,
∎ Seek and gather information from management, employees and other departments regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and constantly seek to improve.
∎ Identify the benefits in terms of company benefits.
∎ Measure employee's information retention rates by issuing assessment tests and quizzes on course materials
∎ Should familiar with instructional methods, coaching and skill development.
∎ Create printed and instructional materials to be used in training
∎ Actively seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training employees
∎ Schedule and conduct meetings with management to proactively identify topics to be address or areas in need of additional instruction
∎ Developing internal marketing materials to be distributed within the company promoting the course and necessary details
∎ Identify ROI of every Training and payback of every individuals.
∎ Any other works as & when assigned by the competent authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach through analytical & strategic thinking
∎ Demonstrate support for innovation and for organizational changes needed
∎ Excellent time management skills, public speaking skills, problem-solving skills and both verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in word processing and presentation software.
∎ Ability to operate media equipment such as projector.
∎ Ability to find out ROI and profitability.

Salary: Negotiable
