∎ SSC

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Monthly Security Survey and find out threats for assets and employees.
∎ Conduct on Job Training in every month.
∎ Check and update personnel entry related registers to prevent unauthorized entry
∎ Ensure updated data entry in different registers kept gates, duty posts end elsewhere.
∎ Conduct inspections at Cement delivery points to ensure zero pilferage.
∎ Responding other departments call within shortest possible time.
∎ Build safety awareness among department personnel by conducting safety briefing.
∎ Find and report unsafe working attempts inside plant.
∎ Keep team member satisfied.
∎ Maintain proper attendance timing in all shifts to set strong personal example.
∎ Conduct patrolling inside factory (especially at night) to find security breaches.
∎ Look after the residential issues of security Barrack.
∎ Coordinate with outstations and know their needs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Retired JCO/NCO from Bangladesh Defense Services(Army, Navy, Air force) will be given preference
∎ Must have good Communication skill.
∎ Computer literacy will be considered as added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
