Job Responsibilities
Assist in the development of HR policies, and procedures.
Review policies periodically and recommend changes (if required).
Facilitate the recruitment, selection, and new employee onboarding process.
Administer the overall performance management system by ensuring the timely completion of periodic performance reviews.
Assist in recruitment & selection process and ability to work in a team to improve existing HR processes.
Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, exit interview.
Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation-related work.
Maintain documentation in Personal File and others related to the HR Department.
Must be able to work with HRIS Software, skills in handling Payroll Software.
Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and accordingly recommend training and development programs for employees.
Processing payroll. Ensure timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and other incentives.
Recommend performance-based salary increments, incentives, and promotions.
Institutionalize company values in the company work culture.
Design and recommend employee engagement programs.
Manage personnel files. Ensure proper recording and archiving of employees` information and documents.
Keep track of employee attendance and generate relevant reports when required.
Issue salary certificates, NOCs, and employment certificates to employees when required.
Arrange ID cards and business cards for employees.
