Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with marketing team for planning, setting budget, developing digital media strategy
∎ Set strategy meetings with internal departments and creative agencies to ensuring contents are aligned with brand concept, engaging, informative and appealing
∎ Communicate, monitor with the marketing agencies to ensure the creatives, campaign plans are executed by the agreed timeline
∎ Brainstorm content strategies, provide growth metrics and propose focus areas
∎ Set digital media marketing strategy with execution timeline
∎ Plan and prepare media buying budget and execute
∎ Develop monitoring system and time line for each digital medial platform by standard format
∎ Plan, develop, execute, monitor and manage Digital Media assets for all online and social media presence; Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, video Content Marketing, Ad networks, Online Portals etc.
∎ Calculate ROI/KPI, report and optimize the strategy by monitoring the result
∎ Interpret trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on available analytics data.
∎ Monitor the technical functionality of Digital Media Marketing and optimize for better outcome
∎ Prepare and present routine reports based on tracking of metrics and insights including engagement, sentiment, conversion, traffic growth
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of working with analytical and reporting tools; Google Analytics, Firebase, Google Data Studio etc.
∎ In Depth Experience with tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Facebook App Dashboard.
∎ Experience of working with Digital Marketing Advertising Tools; Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid ads platforms.
∎ Experience in working with website optimization tools for SEO, A/B and multivariate testing, e.g. Google Website Optimizer, Google Search Console, Keyword Planner etc.
∎ Strong proficiency with in data analysis techniques and advanced Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
