∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): supply chain management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze all requisition and sorting required items for purchase.
∎ Sourcing for new material and supplier, and survey the market for new products.
∎ Cost effective purchase with optimum time.
∎ Maintain the material and process lead time, and reduce pointless process for cost effectivity.
∎ Assess the product cost with the current Market price and Prepare Comparative statement of required materials.
∎ Categories materials and find out the supply market to urgent source.
∎ Collect quotations and prepare comparative statement for price comparison.
∎ Generate Purchase Order as per BOQ and Check work order price with the approval matrix.
∎ Negotiation with supplier for price, quality and lead time.
∎ Follow up the suppliers for material delivery in due time
∎ Close follow up with Inventory Department and concern stake holders closely for using excess goods in order to reduce excess inventory cost.
∎ Prepare Fund requisition to the supplier as receiving report of materials and submitted bill of suppliers.
∎ Ensuring the payment of suppliers as committed time.
∎ Maintain procurement related all materials, documents, forms, and statements.
∎ Maintain supplier bill, Challan, Invoices, MRR, and take proper approval for payment.
∎ Prepare of purchase Budget,
∎ Prepare of Credit Status Statement
∎ Prepare Monthly reports (Credit status, overdue status, payment status) to the management as required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Core Knowledge on Supply Chain Management System.
∎ Depth knowledge regarding products and materials.
∎ Depth knowledge on BOQ.
∎ Knowledge on ERP system for procurement, inventory recording.
∎ Well understanding in local markets for sourcing

Salary: Negotiable
