∎ Must have good communication skill
∎ Able to prepare presentation and various reports
∎ Able to work under any stress situation

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare the requisition of asset/production materials, stationary and consumable goods through ERP to H.O as per decision of procurement committee
∎ Receive all kinds of goods (asset/production materials) as per packing list and ensure storage in factory as per systematic way
∎ Ensure supply of asset/production materials to the production team as per material requisition of production department and complete daily entry in store ledger
∎ Compare and check physical stock balance with stock register balance
∎ Provide assistance to audit officials for physical verification of inventory
∎ Ensure the preparation of required vouchers accurately after cash receipts / payments
∎ Ensure quarterly/half yearly inventory checking and regularly monitor of accounting activities and ensure the maintenance of store ledger
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management
