Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain accurate raw and production materials forecasts for historical data, market trends, and current demand patterns
∎ Conduct in-depth analysis of inventory levels, current stock, pipeline, product demand. and recommend strategies to optimize stock levels
∎ Prepare and implement supply plans to meet target, production capacity, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of raw and production materials to support production schedules.
∎ Oversee procurement activities, safety stock, and cultivate supplier relationships to guarantee the consistent and on-time availability of materials essential for efficient operations
∎ Monitor and manage safety stock levels to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure material availability as per SLA
∎ Analyses inventory aging trends and implement strategies to minimize obsolete or slow-moving stock
∎ Ensure on time entry of all purchase record in ERP Software accurately
∎ Ensure delivery of the daily/weekly/monthly reports as and when required by Management to demonstrate accountability
∎ Budget, forecast, and align business needs with control of operating expenses
∎ Identify cost reduction opportunities within the departments reporting to the business line and appropriate manpower utilization measures
∎ Undertake projects/initiatives to drive innovation (Within the scope of Structure, Policy, Procedure, and System, Quality) to create a sustainable operation
∎ Participate in Inter-Department Monthly Meetings & Quarterly Employee Appreciation to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and recognition of team contributions
∎ Supply Chain Planning
