Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check materials receiving documents (Delivery challan/Packing list, VAT challan etc.) & provide instructions whether MRR can be done or not;
∎ Check store requisition & bin card in order to ensure actual quantity in hand is being matched with the stock report.
∎ Ensure effective supervision of all materials loading, unloading & resource utilization.
∎ Oversee material storage process & provide necessary instructions to ensure safe material storage.
∎ Maintain liaison with other stakeholders.
∎ Ensure sending daily report (Req vs Issue report, Pending SR report, Pending wastage delivery report etc.) to the respective stockholders/Departments.
∎ Ensure sending weekly report (raw materials recap file, pending indent report etc.) to the respective stockholders in order to ensure smooth supply chain management.
∎ Conduct monthly/half yearly/yearly stock counting, prepare reconciliation report and send it to the departmental head for his/her review.
∎ Prepare monthly/half yearly/yearly inventory reports and send it to the departmental head for his review.
∎ Provide necessary support to establish digitalization of end-to-end process of inventory;
