Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage inventory of all workplace logistics & office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
∎ Maintain a log of all requisitions, existing inventory, and current usage
∎ Manage all requisitions given by employees or Business Units and create transition with Procurement Team
∎ Maintain SLA and ensure distribution of the resources to the recipient as per requisition
∎ Maintain Business Unit-wise cost exposure for all logistics & Office supply usage
∎ Create processes to make the requisition, inventory management and distribution process smooth
∎ Create and maintain pool of vendors for necessary items
∎ Detect misuse of resources and notify relevant concerns
