Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an extrovert, enthusiastic, vocal & impressive `Senior Executive - Tele Sales (Team Lead)` for the team by utilizing inbound & outbound telephone calls to achieve the lead generation & sales targets.
∎ Products: Software, IT Services.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop a short-term & long-term call center action plan.
∎ To achieve the periodical target.
∎ To manage & run a designated call team effectively & efficiently.
∎ To prepare roaster plan for the team and daily closing.
∎ To call analysis and plan for process betterment.
∎ To meet the target KPI.
∎ To train, develop & motivate to run the operation smoothly.
∎ To maintain the daily inbound and outbound and sales calls targeted by the teams
∎ To develop call center technology & processes for optimum results.
∎ To formulate & develop a strategy for result-oriented inbound and outbound calls.
∎ To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
∎ To market analysis and find out competitive advantage.
∎ To maintain strong relationships with clients.
∎ Other jobs as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well-groomed personnel with full of enthusiasm having excellent communication skill & aggressiveness to become a successful team leader
∎ Self-motivated & result oriented
∎ Must have good communication skill in Bangla and English with proper accent
∎ Good computer skill is required with good typing skill.
∎ To handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining a team and client.
∎ Sense of responsibility and achieve the targets
∎ Quality assure of the team regarding their daily task and call
∎ Good command in Microsoft office and CRM software specially excel for daily reporting
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Sales Incentive (Based on target)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
