∎ Proven experience in IT support roles, with a focus on network and PC support.
∎ Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.· Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux operating systems.
∎ Familiarity with network protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
∎ Experience with network infrastructure components such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with users and clients.
∎ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide first-line technical support to end-users or clients via phone, email, or in person, addressing hardware, software, and network-related inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
∎ Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to PCs, laptops, printers, network connectivity, and other IT equipment.
∎ Configure and maintain backup solutions.
∎ Manage and configure the IP camera and its backup, and provide various IP camera related solutions.
∎ Server Troubleshooting & Configuration.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
∎ Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and antivirus scans to ensure the security and stability of networked devices and systems.
∎ Maintain and administer computer networks, including local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs).
∎ Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with IT services.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to assess IT needs, recommend solutions, and implement technology enhancements or upgrades as required.
