∎ SSC, HSC
∎ Education qualification for highly experienced candidate may be relaxed for the position.

∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
∎ Ensure successful maintenance of sewing machineries to meet the required.
∎ Ensure that all the necessary sewing machines / equipment's are ready and all the necessary measures are taken for the smooth performance.
∎ Monitoring & ensuring the periodic & timely maintenance activities to ensure the optimum performance of all sewing machineries and equipment across the production unit so that the production is no way hampered.
∎ Supervise and train all mechanics.
∎ Supervise preventive, breakdown and predictive maintenance of assigned mechanical equipment.
∎ Prepare work plans and allocate duties and responsibilities to subordinates to ensure maximum work efficiency and productivity.
∎ Ensure all machines are always operational & machine down time is minimum.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have sound knowledge of Folder, Guides & adjustment of all Sewing Attachment & Strong technical knowledge of sewing machineries.
∎ Should capable of prepare machine wise engineering history file for maintenance record.
Salary: Negotiable
