Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Education qualification for highly experienced candidate may be relaxed.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management (Sewing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring support to production manager in meeting the production targets with optimum efficiencies.
∎ Ensuring smooth and efficient running of all process.
∎ Ensuring all quality related parameters are met during production.
∎ Arrange for proper documentation of all the activities in the floor.
∎ Monitors progress of production against production plan.
∎ Responsible for ensuring discipline in the floor.
∎ To check production board hourly for ensure back part, front part and output production properly and aware of reducing rejection.
∎ Before start a new style sewing operation, instruct to operator according to approve sample. Check thread, needle, presser feet, s.p.i, pattern etc. and handover to the supervisor.
∎ Every running style sewing garments handover to Production Accounting Department separately by maintaining PO & size according to PO sheet.
∎ Taking line input according to production plan.
∎ To maintain discipline and housekeeping 5S as per buyer and company requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have sound knowledge of sewing process of all type of knit wear.
∎ Should be able to meet hourly production target.

Salary: Negotiable
