Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
∎ Bachelor degree required; additional education in sales and marketing fields preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Hotel Management, hotel reservation, Hotel Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline, Hotel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ A clear understanding of the hotel's business strategies, set goals and determine action plans to meet the goals.
∎ Result-oriented and able to achieve sales targets.
∎ Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
∎ Conducts daily sales calls and arranges site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.
∎ Participate in sales calls of the sales team to acquire new business and close on business.
∎ Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
∎ Acquire and develop new business accounts and prepare sales proposals for clients.
∎ Closely follow up on all business leads within a 24-hour response timeline to clients
∎ Analyzes the current client base or target market for the hotel
∎ Devises new ways to expand that client base
∎ Reaches out to organizations and businesses that might require a hotel for conferences and events.
∎ Use current technology for the benefit of the hospitality property, for example, social media
∎ Meets with representatives from these companies to explain the hotel's merits and amenities.
∎ Overcomes hesitations of clients to close a sale.
∎ Manages accounts of high-profile clients.
∎ Addresses and resolves any issues or complaints regarding sales or marketing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Excellent organizational/administrative skills with office management experience
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload using own initiative
∎ Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with limited resources
∎ Strong writing skills with excellent spelling
∎ Excellent computer skills and detailed knowledge of various computer programs, including strong proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint
∎ Previous experience in hotel, travel & tourism, service sector preferred
∎ Strategic thinking & self-starter.
∎ Must be able to work with others to solve complex problems
∎ Ability to maintain complete confidentiality at all times
∎ High degree of personal loyalty and integrity
∎ Highly professional in appearance, character and conduct
∎ Use strategic marketing tools to drive incremental room, F&B and ancillary revenue
