Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Experience in the hospitality, leisure, tourism industry is highly preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office: Must be highly skilled in MS Excel (for reporting), Word, and PowerPoint (for presentations).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong networking skills within the corporate sector.
Responsibilities & Context:
Reach out to new corporate clients, educational institutions, and organizations to promote Mana Bay’s facilities.
Proactively schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to pitch group packages and corporate events.
Create detailed daily sales plans and provide comprehensive daily reports to management regarding client visits, feedback, and conversion status.
Work strategically to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for the corporate segment.
Maintain strong rapport with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat bookings.
Ensure all sales data and documentation are accurately maintained.
