Job Context:
∎ Leadswin Limited is looking for a Senior Executive, Sales who can effectively communicate with the channel partners & sell the software and other relevant features to our potential customers.
∎ Products: Software, Solutions & IT Services.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To responsible for assisting the sales team in all aspects of sales activities, maximizing business opportunities as well as promoting the Company's image through positive publicity, constructive public relations and appropriate awareness campaigns.
∎ To achieve the monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets given by the Company.
∎ To Articulate and Understand customer requirements and attend sales meeting and arrange programs related to product objectives.
∎ To submit report & analyzing and investigate price, demand and competition.
∎ To manage the field partners (Remotely & in person) following the Company's goal, objectives, values & culture in a professional manner.
∎ To organize and recruiting the category-wise distributors/channel partners across the country as required of the company.
∎ To monitor the advance payments & due bills from the distributors/channel partners.
∎ To monitor the conflicts with the distributors/channel partners.
∎ To transfer the required knowledge & skills of the products, service, sales, support & CRM skills among the distributors/channel partners & target customers.
∎ To conduct the sales meeting, training & virtual (online) webinars from time to time.
∎ To document, recording & organizing necessary data & information in the cloud medium storage (on Google Sheets/spreadsheet/docs & CRM software instructed by the Company.
∎ To increase the sales revenue & profit margins by growing the market share, upselling, cross-selling & replacing the competitors.
∎ To effectively report to the line Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Computer skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively under pressure and too tight deadlines.
∎ Strong knowledge about Market trend, potential customers, target point of sales.

∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Sales Incentive (Depends on the monthly sales achievement)

∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
