Educational Requirements:
∎ Ideally looking for a degree in Bachelors of Science/ Bachelors of Business Administration from a reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishment of new sales channels and Identifying opportunities for new business through market research and develop profitable new business
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with market leading consultants & contractors to take advantage of all sales opportunities for new projects
∎ Generate qualified leads, manage prospecting for customers through cold calling, networking and retention calls
∎ Assist consulting engineers with the design and specifications of system applications
∎ Develop Bid plan with clear roles, actions, and timelines to meet the submission target date including but not limited to compilation of proposal contents, solution creation and finalization, costing and pricing, delivery of proposals in line with provided guidelines
∎ Perform consultations to customers that include design, estimating, developing scope of work, and closing
∎ Effectively manage and develop existing and new client relationships
∎ Set up meetings with potential customers and meet them to present our company's products, services, and processes
∎ Prepare and share the proposals, quotations, and invoices with the customers and follow up on the payments
∎ Negotiate and properly execute sales contracts according to company standards and procedures
∎ Need to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets set by the management and thrive on overachieving them
∎ Monthly reporting to Department Head of progress against targets and objectives
∎ Work alongside installations and service departments to ensure project delivery

Additional Requirements:
∎ Good network/connection in following industries would be extremely advantageous: Government Sector, RMG Sector, Banking, & Pharmaceuticals
∎ Excellent planning, time management, collaboration, decision making, organization, presentation and negotiating skills.
∎ Personable and easy-going to speak with people of all levels
∎ Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and under pressure
∎ Strong negotiator with an outgoing and motivated outlook
∎ Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
∎ Strong communication skills, verbal and written
∎ Able to work autonomously and manage own diary
∎ Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience in Sales & Business Development.
∎ Experience within the security industry and electronic security solutions is a must.
∎ Experience in sales of Access Control, IP CCTV, Fire Alarm, Hydrant & Sprinkler System, PA, Networking & Switching and Automation products and services is a must.
