∎ Age 23 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in retail or FMCG sectors.
∎ Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Onboard new retail customers and promote company products.
∎ Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
∎ Guide customers in installing and using the company’s mobile application.
∎ Proactively identify and approach potential customers in the field.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail partners.
∎ Conduct regular market visits to gather customer insights and feedback.
∎ Submit daily reports detailing sales performance and market activities.
