Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering will be given preference
∎ Education qualification for highly experienced candidate may be relaxed for the position.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review trial cut & pilot run garments with PP sample, buyer comments & approved trims card wise.
∎ After reviewing the trial cut & pilot run garment, note down the problem & discuss with concerned people about those problems then take necessary steps.
∎ Attend PP meeting & complete report then distribution all kinds of relevant buyer comments to the concern department.
∎ Style wise garments send to lab for test & be ensured QMS are well functioning at all department of factory as buyer requirement.
∎ Size set sample, production sample, shipment sample check & handover to merchandiser for buyer.
∎ Review the bulk wash & make sure shade & dry process is okay comparing with buyer comments & shade range.
∎ Conduct pre final inspection before buyer's final inspection & follow up housekeeping & other compliances.
∎ Work & report- initial garments, inline measurement, QC analysis report, moisture, Needle detector, closing & reconciliation.
∎ Any other task assign by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knit process knowledge is mandatory.
∎ Strong technical & conceptual skills.
Salary: Negotiable
