Job Responsibilities:
∎ To review inspection reports of random shade check/ measurement and inline inspection at input area and take on time decision if found any discrepancy regarding quality issues.
∎ Before starting a new style production to conform all packing trims and accessories to be followed as per approved trims card and packing approval.
∎ Style wise to deliver necessary instruction to QC staff in 1st/ 2nd & final inspection.
∎ To review process wise hourly QC inspection reports and analyse the defect/ rejection status.
∎ Make decision regarding segregated OOT measurement garments through difference inspection area.
∎ Review and making decision on sorted rejected garments for next repairing or further proceedings.
∎ After repairing the sorted reject garments, do final review and segregate as repaired goods or final rejection, also declare the final rejection with reject seal and keep records as well.
∎ To follow up packing area that all SOP as per buyer standard to be maintained during production.
∎ To follow up 100% repack procedure after completing any inspection done by buyer QC or inhouse team.
∎ Follow up production progress to perform on time shipment as per weekly inspection schedule.
∎ Continue follow up and giving proper guidelines to subordinates and monitoring their daily activities.
∎ Monitoring daily worker/ Staff absenteeism and make balance through redistribute the existing manpower to ensure the proper functional executions and in case of shortage, arrange the manpower by supporting of superiors.
∎ Arrange daily awareness & tasks review meeting with all subordinates (QC/ QA/ Supervisor) to make proper daily work plan and tracking the pending activities to be done as priority basis.
∎ Preparing or summarizing weekly / monthly or any periodical quality inspection analysis reports to tracking the quality progression/ degradation.
∎ Ensure assign tasks within real time frame as given by the reporting manager & HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 32 years
∎ Good communication skills in English & Bengali
∎ Self-confident to make decision with no delay for any quality issues in Finishing Section.
∎ Sincere, Active & Team Player.
∎ Always positive & problem-solving attitude.
∎ The candidate must have experience in Denim Garments.
