We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Civil Engineer to oversee the quality and compliance of our construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all projects adhere to applicable codes, standards, and client requirements while maintaining our commitment to safety and sustainability. This role involves close collaboration with project teams, contractors, and clients to identify and resolve quality issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance processes for construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Identify and document any construction defects or discrepancies, and collaborate with project teams to ensure corrective actions.
• Review construction documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Perform material testing and inspection to verify compliance with project standards.
• Prepare and maintain QA documentation, including inspection reports, quality checklists, non-conformance reports, Monthly progress reports, Monthly QA reports, and micro-level construction scheduling.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality control standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor project personnel health and safety protocols.
• Shall have the mentality to work outside of Dhaka.
• Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.
