Known for its commitment to purity, nutrition, and sustainability, our state-of-the-art facility in Tangail produces high-quality rice bran oil distributed across multiple markets. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Executive to lead our Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) operations.

Job Summary:

The Senior Executive, QA & QC will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of quality assurance and control within the rice bran oil production process. This includes ensuring product quality compliance, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety, conducting regular audits, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance Management

• Develop and maintain the QMS for rice bran oil production. Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, BSFA standards. Conduct audits, inspections, and oversee testing of raw, in-process, and finished products.

Quality Control

• Perform and supervise routine QC tests at all production stages. Review product specifications and test reports. Ensure proper handling, storage, and traceability of samples.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues. Coordinate timely corrective actions for deviations. Support smooth workflow across departments.

Compliance and Reporting

• Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and customer requirements. Maintain accurate QA/QC records and documentation. Assist during external audits and inspections.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify quality risks and recommend corrective measures. Support implementation of improved QA/QC practices. Contribute to initiatives enhancing product quality and efficiency.

Work Environment:

• Full-time, onsite role in the Tangail plant.
• Occasional weekend or evening work may be required during critical production periods or audits.
