Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attending customers' complaints and queries through phone calls, emails, or others. Set up and configure Swiss, OLT, Mikrotik, Netgear, TP-Link, Belkin, Linksys etc Router and Access point. IP subletting with basic Routing and switching (VLAN, Trunk, VTP Server and client). Various OLT configuration and troubleshooting capabilities, FTTX network establish and troubleshooting. Design, implement, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure. • Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues. • Implement network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems. Design, provision, and operate an extensive MPLS IP WAN/LAN network. Implement changes both at an individual circuit level as well as overall large scale as needed. Investigate network performance issues to determine root cause, develop and implement plans to address as needed. Assist and train NOC operators to monitor and configure MPLS equipment and networks to assess, troubleshoot, and make recommendations to improve performance. Create documentation and network maps and assist Project Engineering with network expansion. Create weekly reports and presentations to effectively communicate current operational status with management. Providing remote and onsite technical supports to the clients inside or outside Dhaka. Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault • Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network faults. Performing installations and deployments of various solutions and services at client end. Logging in, following up, and updating customer complaints, system faults, and other incidents in the trouble ticketing system. Working experience with NTTN operator is added advantages.
