Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending customers' complaints and queries through phone calls, emails, or others.
∎ Set up and configure Swiss, OLT, Mikrotik, Netgear, TP-Link, Belkin, Linksys etc Router and Access point.
∎ IP subletting with basic Routing and switching (VLAN, Trunk, VTP Server and client).
∎ Various OLT configuration and troubleshooting capabilities, FTTX network establish and troubleshooting.
∎ Design, implement, and maintain the organization's network infrastructure.
∎ • Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
∎ • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
∎ • Implement network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
∎ Design, provision, and operate an extensive MPLS IP WAN/LAN network.
∎ Implement changes both at an individual circuit level as well as overall large scale as needed.
∎ Investigate network performance issues to determine root cause, develop and implement plans to address as needed.
∎ Assist and train NOC operators to monitor and configure MPLS equipment and networks to assess, troubleshoot, and make recommendations to improve performance.
∎ Create documentation and network maps and assist Project Engineering with network expansion.
∎ Create weekly reports and presentations to effectively communicate current operational status with management.
∎ Providing remote and onsite technical supports to the clients inside or outside Dhaka.
∎ Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault
∎ • Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network faults.
∎ Performing installations and deployments of various solutions and services at client end.
∎ Logging in, following up, and updating customer complaints, system faults, and other incidents in the trouble ticketing system.
∎ Working experience with NTTN operator is added advantages.
