Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow up all LC's with the commercial team & secure them in a timely manner. Update & review end-to-end critical paths with the Cross-Functional team (SPL/ F&T/ Factory) on a daily basis for allocated orders. Overseas fabric & trims follow-up. Ensure PI/LC/document follow-up. Ensure external & internal inspection booking & follow up. Ensure factory WIP & production follow-up. Ensure cut control and cut projection. Ensure fabric shade & wash shade approval & all local trims approval. Ensure weekly customer system updates. Ensure and work based on DL's, share projections with mill, suppliers and deliveries including inputs.
