Experience:

• 5 to 6 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering

• 5 to 6 years

• Candidate should have experience in RMG industry.

• Knowledge of operation bulletin, line layout, SMV and manpower allocation in all sewing, cutting & finishing.

• Knowledge of optimizing operation methods for cost-saving in sewing, cutting & finishing.

• Knowledge of lean tools & implementation experience in lean manufacturing.

• Knowledge to work on new projects as assigned & suggesting advanced methods in garments manufacturing.

• Preparing preliminary SMV using tech pack or sample reference.

• Ensure All Style are Carried out, verify and obtain all relevant information on the styles including operation sequence, method, standard minutes values (SMV),machine/attachment requirements.

• Knowledge about cutting/finishing smv & capacity.

• Plan, organize, and monitor all IE-related activities within the factory.

• Develop and implement production process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce SMV.

• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard minute values (SMV).

• Work with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure target achievement and smooth operation.

• Identify capacity gaps and optimize line balancing for improved output.

• Ensure accurate manpower planning and machine utilization.

• Support cost reduction initiatives through method improvement and waste elimination.

• Maintain accurate IE reports and performance data for management review.

• Support new style development and process engineering during pilot runs.
