Additional Requirements:
Candidate should have experience in RMG industry.
Knowledge of operation bulletin, line layout, SMV and manpower allocation in all sewing, cutting & finishing.
Knowledge of optimizing operation methods for cost-saving in sewing, cutting & finishing.
Knowledge of lean tools & implementation experience in lean manufacturing.
Knowledge to work on new projects as assigned & suggesting advanced methods in garments manufacturing.
Responsibilities & Context:
Preparing preliminary SMV using tech pack or sample reference.
Ensure All Style are Carried out, verify and obtain all relevant information on the styles including operation sequence, method, standard minutes values (SMV),machine/attachment requirements.
Knowledge about cutting/finishing smv & capacity.
Plan, organize, and monitor all IE-related activities within the factory.
Develop and implement production process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce SMV.
Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard minute values (SMV).
Work with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure target achievement and smooth operation.
Identify capacity gaps and optimize line balancing for improved output.
Ensure accurate manpower planning and machine utilization.
Support cost reduction initiatives through method improvement and waste elimination.
Maintain accurate IE reports and performance data for management review.
Support new style development and process engineering during pilot runs.
