Job Responsibilities:
∎ Update quantity of receipts, issues and stock balances in the Software on day to day basis.
∎ Ensure optimum stock for all time.
∎ To maintain the store including the house keeping in a way that confirms compliance issues.
∎ Co-ordinate with Departmental Heads for rising of indents whenever necessary.
∎ Report to the concerned authorities whenever any stock is overloaded in the store and any stock is near to expiry.
∎ Buyer wise inventory and delivery monitor & control.
∎ Maintain Inward & Outward Register and MRR with full accuracy.
∎ Prepare Challans & Invoices for inbound and outbound stocks.
∎ Update the daily stock report and send it to the concerned authorities.
∎ Reconcile the physical stock with the ERP system stock and adjust the variance upon authority's approval.
∎ Face the internal/external audit and provide them the authentic data/information against their queries.
∎ Prepare the inventory daily, weekly and monthly store report.
∎ Timely prepare the VAT Challan & return and submit to the concerned authorities.
∎ Perform any other activities as and when assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have knowledge on all kinds of garments fabrics, accessories & other raw materials.
∎ Should have knowledge of using ORACLE inventory module.
Salary: Negotiable
