Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

• Lead customer acquisition efforts and convert prospects into long-term clients.

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

• Present and promote real estate projects to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and site visits.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to refine sales strategies.

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including direct marketing, database marketing, and telemarketing campaigns.

• Expand and leverage professional networks to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database system.

• Guide and support junior team members to achieve individual and team targets.

• Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.

• Manage client documentation, including booking forms, and ensure timely collection of booking money and down payments.

• Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management for strategic decision-making.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management when required.
