The digital marketing executive will report directly to the Director of Marketing and work in coordination with the marketing department.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate, identify and follow up with client leads for the sale of CDL’s commercial and residential real estate products
∎ Tactfully and strategically managing client relationships including both existing and prospective clients
∎ Deploying a variety of communication channels to engage with clients including email, phone, Facebook, and in-person meetings
∎ Developing in-depth knowledge of our products and services in order to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
∎ Continually meeting or exceeding daily/monthly/quarterly sales targets with respect to client visits and sales
∎ Participate in national-level exhibitions, fairs, and conferences on behalf of the company
∎ Negotiate and close deals tactfully, timely and in an efficient way
∎ Strategically and positively respond to client complaints and concerns and build company goodwill if and when required
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
∎ Gather existing and prospective clients’ feedback and share with internal teams
∎ Directly report to senior management on the progress of sales goals, receiving feedback and guidance and follow-up instructions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
∎ Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
∎ Fluency or near fluency in English and Bangla
∎ Possesses exceptional communication skills, including both written and verbal
∎ Highly persuasive and strong negotiator
∎ Good organizational and planning skills
∎ Demonstrates research capacity and applies knowledge of market trends in sales and marketing decisions
∎ Pays attention to detail and follows up with client specifications
∎ Demonstrates problem solving and decision- making skills
∎ Proficient in MS Office suite- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Proficient in social media management
∎ Excellent team player, multi-tasker and time management skills
