• Develop and execute the annual events and activations strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.

• Plan and manage all event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, budgeting, permits and on-site coordination.

• Conceptualize and deliver creative, high-impact brand experiences such as pop-ups, launches and collaborations.

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, influencers and venue partners to enhance event reach.

• Work with marketing and social teams to develop promotional plans, content and communication for each event.

• Lead on-site execution to ensure seamless operations and a consistent, positive brand experience.

• Track and analyze event performance metrics (ROI, attendance, engagement, sales lift) and prepare post-event reports with insights.
