∎ Must have Knowledge on website design, marketing and sale content creation, poster design, creative add and manage all
∎ Candidates must be smart, Energetic, creative, sincere and honest, presentable, free of using local dialects
∎ Candidates must have interpersonal and anger management skills
∎ Candidates needs to be technologically and digitally sound
∎ Ability to take the challenge to achieve the sales target
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Must be a very good finisher/ deal closer in over the cell phone selling
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
∎ Answer questions about products or the company.
∎ Support of sales processes via phone calls to the customers.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
∎ Enter and update customer information in the database
∎ Take and process orders in an accurate manner
∎ Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
∎ Must be Target Oriented
∎ Responsible to achieve individual sales target
∎ Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
∎ Corporate sales planning and implementation
∎ Daily sales reporting to supervisor
∎ Visit different organizations/work sites for developing business/creating new customers
∎ Develops and implements strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
∎ Own Motorbike holder will get preference
∎ Any other task assigned by Management
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Over time allowance
