Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Sports Complex

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Sports Complex

• Age 25 to 40 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): MNC, Sports Manufacturer, Any Sports industries, Food and Beverages Limited

• Mandatory experiences in whole Bangladesh distribution channel (5 Years)

• Good Communication and report Building

• Proactive and deadline oriented

• Able to negotiate and persuade customers

• Active listener and problem solver

• Create new customer, wholesaler, retailer and dealer point

• Up to date competitor’s product and price.

• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

• Encourage existing customers to upgrade internet packages

• Meet monthly sales & collection according to the company policy.

• Candidate must be Previous Experience in Sports Product relevant knowledge.

• To follow marketing activities as per company policy.

• Set sales targets and plan accordingly and take initiatives to hit the target.

• Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients.

• Visit the market, hunt new clients & dealers, and act to create new market opportunities, and report to the line manager on regular basis.

• Responsible for collection and product delivery in a timely manner. Increase sales by developing new parties.

• Regularly check & monitor the parties on credit accounts and act to drive the credit collection.

• Visit the assigned dealers/party areas in accordance with the route plan.

• Conduct market surveys for data collection to develop new products or increase the product line.

• Daily Check-In & Check-Out is mandatory in tracking software

• T/A, D/A, Mobile bill,

• Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize

• Festival Bonus: 2 ( 1 Full Salary Divided in Two Eid)
