Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/BBA graduates (Major in Marketing) from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in developing cycle plan, trade proposal and execute launches as per plan.
∎ Identify distribution need gap through on site visit and recommend strategies to maximize distribution reach.
∎ Assist in roll out of 7P activites.
∎ Coordinate and follow up-channel, area and segment wise marketing campaign and activation.
∎ Work closely with Influencer and customer group (Mechanic, workshop, end users) to ensure secondary sales.
∎ Arrange and execute marketing seminar, events and various training programs.
∎ Ensure distribution and roll out of merchandising materials at POS and evaluate effectiveness.
∎ Collect and disseminate Best Practice for profitable Trade Marketing activities.
∎ Work closely with sales team to ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with sales objectives and revenue targets.
∎ Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
∎ Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
∎ Routine update and share report of market competitor activities.
∎ Handle and manage agencies and vendors in cost effective way.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing
∎ Experience in ATL & BTL activity
∎ Excellent ability of working under extreme pressure.
∎ Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
∎ Good organization and planning skills
∎ Good Business sense and professional & progressive attitude
∎ Ability to co-ordinate with team and related internal functions.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Sound Knowledge and fluency in computer usage, essentially MS Office.
∎ Creative, Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality.
∎ Willing to travel frequently.
