∎ 1.Willingness to travel as needed. 2.Ability to work independently and as part 3.Strong understanding of Bangladeshi property laws, contract laws, and regulatory compliance. 4.Ability to monitor and manage litigation issues by maintaining liaison with internal and external stakeholders 5.Proven experience in land documentation, legal vetting, and dispute resolution. 6.Proficiency in using Google Platform

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Property Documentation & Legal Vetting:Review and vet land documents to ensure clear title and legal compliance. Conduct due diligence, verify authenticity of deeds and records, and provide legal opinions on land acquisitions and agreements.Drafting & Documentation:Draft and review land-related deeds, agreements, and contracts. Prepare documents for property transactions, joint ventures, and mortgage arrangements in coordination with external legal counsel.
∎ Land Management:Oversee land transactions and disputes. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all property-related matters across projects.
∎ Litigation Management: Manage and track legal cases, file GDs, and coordinate with police and external counsel for court proceedings.
∎ General Support & Administration:Provide administrative support, ensure accurate document management, and assist with tasks and projects as directed by management.
