Job Responsibilities:
∎ Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online growth and brand visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with overall business objectives.
∎ Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies for improved results.
∎ Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
∎ Content Strategy: Develop and oversee content creation strategies that resonate with the target audience. Create compelling and engaging content for online platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email.
∎ SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns (SEM) to increase organic traffic and drive conversions.
∎ Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others. Develop content calendars, engage with the audience, and track social media performance.
∎ Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization, to nurture leads and retain customers.
∎ Data Analytics: Use web analytics tools to track user behavior, website performance, and customer journeys. Leverage data insights to refine marketing strategies and improve user experience.
∎ Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various digital marketing channels. Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective campaigns that deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
∎ Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously optimize website and landing pages to improve conversion rates. A/B test different elements to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
∎ Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
∎ Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including graphic designers, content creators, and developers, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
∎ Reporting and Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on digital marketing performance to senior management. Provide insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies based on data analysis.

Additional Requirements:

∎ Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and results. (2-3 years of job experience).
