Educational Requirements:
∎ (M.Com) in any discipline/ MBA in Accounting or Finance from any reputed university with CA/CMA professional background. Partly qualified in CA/CMA will be preferred.

Accounting and Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG), Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding the business processes & developing costing systems.
∎ Assist in Preparation of Job Order Costing, Process Costing and Activity Based Costing.
∎ Designing various formats, templates, dashboards, etc. for comprehensive data Capturing and monitoring to provide true and fair view of Prepared Report.
∎ Assist in preparation of Annual budget with Monthly & Quarterly intervals.
∎ Presenting the variance report to Management with reasons & suggestions for corrective actions.
∎ Understanding the requirements of Business & Management and creating structures to get the data & reports accordingly.
∎ Preparation/Verification of Landed Cost sheet for all types of purchased goods/ inventory able goods.
∎ Project cost reporting with co-ordination with all executory department.
∎ Check/Verify the financial compliance in all transnational level of Project.
∎ Budgetary monitoring in all transaction level of Project.
∎ Any other assignment assigned by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Analytical Skills;
∎ Strong communication skills both in writing and oral;
∎ Understand ERP System for day to day activities and report generation;
∎ Identifying data requirements and data sources for monitoring of the program;
∎ Clear Concept in GAAP & IFRS;
∎ Clear idea about in Local Tax structure and impact on Accounts and Cost Accounting.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
