∎ Age 25 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct test as per AATCC, ASTM, ISO & different Buyer Standards & prepare test report.
∎ Perform color fastness test – Color fastness to Washing, Water, Perspiration, Sweat & Saliva, Light, PLF, Sublimation, Crocking etc.
∎ Perform physical test – Dimensional stability, Spirality, Mass per unit area, Pilling resistance, Bursting strength, Pull test etc.
∎ Ensure to follow proper equipment, test methods & consumable items for specific test.
∎ To check & ensure all test report prepared as per customer requirement.
∎ To review test report of Accredited Buyer and send report to buyer.
∎ Communicate with merchandisers & relevant department for any queries related with test reports.
∎ To perform correlation test with 3rd party lab & different buyer lab.
∎ Maintain internal verification record of different test & testing equipment.
∎ Maintain the reorder level of chemicals & consumables used in lab, communicating with store & purchase department for chemical & consumable purchase, inspection of received goods and keep file up-to date.
∎ Ensuring all documents and records in the lab are properly maintained.
∎ Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace with clean and tidy site.
∎ Any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
