∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Antivirus and Firewalls, Computer Assembly and Configuration, Computer Hardware Troubleshooting, Information Security, Network and Network Equipment Configuration, Printers and Scanners Configuration, Surveillance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, IT Enabled Service, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 IT support to end-users with regards to hardware, software, printing, network, internet, or other IT issues.
∎ Monitor IT ticketing application and provide appropriate solutions to end-users.
∎ Ensure smooth and continuous operation of computer, networking, surveillance, printing, and other IT systems.
∎ Install, configure, update, and upgrade computer hardware, software, network, surveillance, and other IT systems as necessary.
∎ Identify and troubleshoot problems of computer, networking, surveillance, printing, and other IT systems.
∎ Maintain documented communication between vendors, service providers, end-users, and all other stakeholders.
∎ Perform preventative, periodic, and/or scheduled maintenance on all IT systems.
∎ Assist in procurement of IT equipment and services by providing professional advice.
∎ Test and evaluate new technology.
∎ Provide IT training to general users.
∎ Maintain IT inventory and keep track of all IT equipment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Vendor certifications from Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA will get preferences
∎ Multitasker, hardworking, team player, willing to learn, willing to work extra hours
∎ Willing to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
∎ Intermediate knowledge on English language.
