Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct regular and periodic audit independently as per defined by the Audit Senior.
∎ Ensure Company’s Policies & SOPs to prepare audit findings report with necessary analysis and comparison & discuss with concern department head.
∎ Conduct different types of Survey and capable to find out discrepancy of every dealings and records.
∎ Check bill/ Voucher/ Requisition/ Delivery Challan or any others documents.
∎ Check quarterly Fixed Assets register with physical existence as well as coding system.
∎ Check monthly Salary Sheet, Wages Sheet & OT Sheet of the employees of the factory with reconciling Attendance Sheet.
∎ Perform Pre-Audit & Post-Audit of all different kinds of financial transaction to ensure compliance with existing policies.
∎ Check all kind of Repair & Maintenance activities of the company.
∎ Conducting monthly/quarterly/ yearly Inventory Audit at factory & depot.
∎ Checking Production Register in surprise basis.
∎ Checking administration requirement based on PR.
∎ Conduct Surprise Market Surveys for price verification of various spare parts, accessories items and materials.
∎ Any other assignment required by the Head of Department.
