Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Reviewing the production plan to ensure timely shipment, and coordinating with the merchandiser to supply raw materials to the production floor as per the production plan.
∎ Following operation breakdown & preparing style wise manning level, line layout for new styles.
∎ Collecting daily head count from the production floor & preparing line & section-wise target, achievement & efficiency report with loss time.
∎ Arranging & following up on every new style’s workplace arrangement, method study, and time measurement for setting SMV.
∎ Following up operation breakdown with production time or motion study & preparing operation operation-wise rate sheet for the production piece rate area.
∎ Following up on section & line-wise hourly production target & achievement, and, if necessary, arranging non-achievement areas.
∎ Collecting new operator’s list from HR for taking the skill test & providing the report to HR.
∎ Monitoring daily lost time & charge back report, and preparing monthly summary for sharing with the department head.
∎ Preparing monthly section-wise target vs achievement report & KPI.
∎ Increasing productivity and efficiency through method study, re-engineering, motion study, time study, and line balancing.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement to improve quality and work on methods to reduce production costs.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Management.
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive - IE in the IE Department for Sweater Factory.
∎ Job location will be Salna, Gazipur.
