Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in IPE or Textile Engineering, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Education qualification for highly experienced candidate may be relaxed for the position.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure implementation of IE/ Work-study techniques like capacity study, time study, production study, method study etc.
∎ Problems find out, Non Production Time (NPT) calculation, floor monitor, quality report analysis.
∎ Find out Bottleneck operations, Man-Machine & ensure line balancing.
∎ Perform Skill Matrix for newly appointed workers.
∎ Make daily operation breakdown & layout and prepared skill inventory.
∎ Follow up hourly production of particular line & arrange necessary corrective action for increasing productivity.
∎ Implement lean manufacturing concept.
∎ Calculate WIP (Work in process) of lines.
∎ Any others task assign by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Develop and implement work methods to improve productivity.
∎ Line balancing of operator/helper, machine & necessary equipment to achieve maximum efficiency with minimum cost.
∎ Have sound knowledge on calculation of SAM or SMV of different style.

Salary: Negotiable
