Experience:
PGD in HRM is preferable.
Organizing & managing ability with problem solving & analytical skills.
Must be expert in Microsoft Office.

Typing both in Bangla (Bijoy Bayanno) & English.

The ability to work efficiently as a part of a team.
Strong knowledge in ERP software.

We are a 100% export-oriented renowned Tent Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic and analytical candidate for the "Senior Executive - HR & Admin (Factory)" position. The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and placement.
Conduct joining formalities and facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Maintain recruitment records and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
Operate ERP software for managing HR administration, attendance, and payroll-related data.
Prepare and update manpower budgets and generate HR reports for management review.
Assist in handling employee relations matters, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy.
Maintain positive communication and coordination among employees and management to foster a healthy work environment.
Conduct counseling sessions and support engagement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to Bangladesh Labor Law and HR policies.
Support compliance audits by maintaining all statutory HR documentation and reports.
Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to attendance, leave, salary, and separation.
Identify and coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
Maintain training records, feedback, and effectiveness reports.
Support management in implementing learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
Prepare HR letters and update templates for administrative use (transfer, increment, etc.).
Support HR-related communication, welfare activities, and operational coordination.
Conduct exit interviews and prepare analysis reports for management review.
Stay at the factory until closing if necessary to ensure all formalities are properly completed before closure.
Collaborate closely with Production, Compliance, and Admin teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Perform any other duties assigned by management related to HR and administration.
