∎ Job Location: Patwar Tek, Inani, Cox`s Bazer.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome guest to the venue.
∎ Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists manage reservations.
∎ Escort customer to assigned dining or bar areas.
∎ Provide menus and announce waiter/waitress' s name.
∎ Greet customers upon their departure.
∎ Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options.
∎ Maintain clean reception area.
∎ Cater to guest who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly).
∎ Answer incoming calls and address customers queries.
∎ Assist wait staff as needed.
∎ Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact, escort them to assigned dining area, present menus; announce waiters name.
∎ Use visual cues to seat either the bar or dining area depending on their preference.
∎ Inform guest to current promotion and who will be serving tonsure a smooth handoff to the service staff.
∎ Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service.
∎ Manage the flow of guest in to the dining and bar areas provide accurate wait times to incoming guest if appropriate.
∎ Tend to special guest needs and request.
∎ Observant to guest needs throughout refilling experience to ensure they receive hogs quality service (notice a drink refills needed while seating another guest and ensuring the drinks prior to getting back to the door).
∎ Reconcile cash drawer by proving cash transaction, listing checks and credit card charges for go to orders.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience Requirements : Minimum Two years in similar position.
∎ Physical Features: Sound Health, energetic and presentable.
∎ Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Problem solving attitude.
