∎ Job Location: Patowartek, Inani, Cox`s Bazar.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep the "Register Station" stoked with all necessary items.
∎ Clean and organized the "Customer isle" when necessary.
∎ Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period.
∎ Complete opening and closing duties.
∎ Provide guest with estimate waiting time, always maintaining a professional, courteous attitude when confronted with hostile, impatient or irate guests.
∎ Accommodate special seating request for guest whenever possible.
∎ Identify customer issue, complaints and take necessary steps to correct them.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager on duty.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age : 23 to 30 year(s) preferable.
∎ Minimum 2- 5 years in similar position.
∎ Leadership and Organizational abilities.
∎ Good at mentoring ,coaching and people management.
∎ Sound Knowledge of Microsoft office.
∎ Good in public speaking in both Bangla and English.
∎ Professional training in related field is preferred.
∎ Must be proactive in assuming responsibilities.
∎ Skills Required:
∎ Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
∎ team Player.
∎ Problem solving attitude.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Physical Features: Sound Health, energetic and presentable.
∎ Others: Needs to be self motivated Positive minded, able to train/motivate/lead team efficiently.
