Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Prepare and maintain yarn requisitions through mail with the relevant department.
∎ 2. Allocation Yarn through ERP system (E-Bit)
∎ 3. Maintain the T&A based on the shipment & well communicate with yarn purchase team.
∎ 4. Weekly & monthly hit rate report prepare & submit to HOD.
∎ 5. Arranging weekly meeting with Supply chain, Merchandising, Yarn Store to review yarn status.
∎ 6. Old stock (grey & yarn) analysis and utilization.
∎ 7. Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by the HOD/ the Top Management.
