Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Post graduation In Accounting/Finance.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all the statutory compliance as per the Income Tax Ordinance 1984, VAT & SD Act, 2012 & other rules & regulations.
∎ Prepare head wise statement of TDS as per audited accounts for tax audit and assessment.
∎ Determine amount of Advance Tax considering AIT & Customer TDS.
∎ Ensure TDS from vendors & deposit on time.
∎ Prepare & submit withholding return u/s- 75A & 110 on time.
∎ Set corrective and proactive action immediately if found any non-compliance for complex business process or wrong documentation.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns (Mushok - 9.1) and other related documents as such Mushok-6.1,
∎ Mushok -6.2, Mushok -6.3 as per new VAT & SD Act 2012 & Rule 2016 & also has to keep these record in NBR approved VAT software & own MS Excel.
∎ Prepare Income Tax return (with all supporting vouchers) & submit the return to the relevant income tax circle within due time.
∎ Responding to the letter or notice issued from the NBR regarding VAT & Tax related Issues and taking remedial course of action on the contentious issues (If any) within the preview of Income Tax Ordinance, 1984, VAT & SD Act 2012 and with consideration of acceptance practice.
∎ Attend different VAT & Income Tax hearing presided by relevant authorities and submit all necessary documents.
∎ Maintain continuous liaison with relevant officials related to VAT, Income Tax, consultant & Lawyers etc.
∎ Keep the management up-to-date with all relevant changes in VAT and Income Tax regulations and their potential impact on the organization.
∎ Any other task assign by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of experiences in VAT & TAX related work.
∎ Practical knowledge of the applications of VAT & SD Act 2012 & Rules 2016
∎ Sound knowledge on accounting software
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office, Especially in Excel
∎ Multitasking ability.
∎ Ability to Work under Pressure.
