Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring greige fabrics warehouse to ensure storage correctly and safely;
∎ Ensuring storage of materials by proper identification and traceability with maintaining compliance.
∎ Ensuring on time delivery for uninterrupted production.
∎ Reviewing & monitoring the total Space of store to determine the condition of storage items and its safety.
∎ Reporting immediately in case of any major discrepancies in storage materials.
∎ Ensure proper preservation of materials in case of bulk storage for longer period.
∎ Snap check of material in order to prevent pilferage and to discourage mishandling of materials.
∎ Proper documentation of receives and issues.
∎ Generate daily/monthly/quarterly inventory report.
∎ Ensure total logistic support and liaison with higher authority for necessary approval in case of major requirement.
∎ Maintain 5S and ensure net & clean store area.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

∎ Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel etc.
