∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure machines are running smoothly and report any breakdowns to maintenance immediately.
∎ Maintain production records, including machine performance, shift output, and downtime logs.
∎ Conduct routine checks for yarn quality (Uster, CSP, count variation, etc.) and ensure standards are maintained.
∎ Ensure shift-wise production targets under the guidance of the Production Officer.
∎ Check material flow and ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging materials.
∎ Provide instructions and support to machine operators and helpers during the shift.
∎ Report any irregularities or quality issues to the supervisor or quality control team.
∎ Assist with implementing 5S, safety, and housekeeping practices on the shop floor.
∎ Help with trial runs, new process setups, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as required.
