Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lab Dip Development.
∎ Recipe Adjustment.
∎ Shade Matching.
∎ Coordination with different division.
∎ Communication with Merchandiser.
∎ On Time Lab dip submission.
∎ Mail Correspondence with internal and external stakeholder.
∎ Root cause analysis of not RFT.
∎ Ensuring good housekeeping by maintaining 5S.
∎ Checking Machine and raw material status.
∎ Ensure calibration.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in textile color & testing technology.
∎ Strong sense of fiber/fabric technology, fiber composition & color & test assessment.
∎ Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
∎ Proactive, adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication with all.
∎ Superior performance in the Muncell Hue Test & Ishihara Test.
∎ Strong working knowledge of measurement tools such as spectrophotometer, Light box etc.
∎ Strong knowledge on different testing method like AATCC, ISO, JIS etc both for physical & chemical.
∎ Up-to-date on new color, test, textile process technology for application.
